Dear guests,

Some things may be different this summer but as always we are looking forward to start again! Thank you for choosing to spend your holidays with us.

In compliance with the ministerial regulations for the protection of our guests, employees and family, we made arrangements to guarantee safety during your stay.

For this reason we kindly ask you to help us with the following :

Self check-in > before arriving at the hotel please fill in the form with your sensitive data by clicking on the link we will send you. This will help us making check-in quicker and more efficient.

Upon arrival > you will be obliged to wear a mask (excluding children under 6 years) and there will be a thermal scanner at the reception to measure your temperature.

More attention > all hotel employees will wear gloves and masks; there will be hand sanitiser in various points in the hotel; there must be safety distance of at least 1 metre between people who do not belong to the same family. Rooms and apartments > the rooms and apartments will be sanitized according to antiCovid-19 regulations. In order to guarantee this procedure, check-in will be possible from 15:00 and on departure day the room must be vacated by 9 o'clock.

Common spaces > indoor environments will be sanitized several times a day with virucidal products.

Breakfasts > for security reasons the buffet will be served by a member of our staff and self-service will not be allowed. The spaces have been reorganised to ensure distances and there will be a one-way path to enter and to exit. The outdoor spaces will also be used. In case of bad weather and maximum occupancy of the hotel, we will probably be obliged to divide breakfast service into two shifts.

Pool & Garden > The pool will be open but with limited access. In the outdoor areas, guests will find a kit to sanitize their deckchairs and chairs before and after their use.

Elevator > The use of the lift is limited to one guest at a time, except for members of the same family.

Daily cleaning > To avoid any possible contamination, no hotel employee will enter your room without your explicit authorization. On request you can request a change of towels or book a complete room cleaning service, for which you will be asked to put your personal belongings in your suitcases to guarantee complete protection. The arranged cleaning service will take place between 8:30 and 12:30. We kindly ask you to display the provided door tag outside the room before 9:00. If there is no request on your part or the provided door tag is not displayed outside the room you will not be disturbed and we will leave you to enjoy your stay.

Payments > To avoid unnecessary waiting on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to pay your bill the day before by 18:00. Electronic payments are recommended.

During the season there may be some loosening in the restrictions, depending on national or regional regulations. In case you need more information, write to us!
