Villa Magnolia Hotel is located in the city centre of Torbole sul Garda, only 100 meter from the beach, the Torbole Surfing Center and the Torbole - Riva del Garda - Arco cycle lane.

On the cycle lane or along the beach it is possible to get both to the Torbole Sailing Center and the Arco Sailing Center. Cycling on the cycle lane it is also possible to get on foot or by bike to: restaurants, shops, museums and all the points of departure for the excursions you would like to go on during your stay in Torbole. These “carless” connections allow you to be on a sustainable and eco-friendly holiday.

Villa Magnolia Hotel supports every technology that enhances energy saving and environment preservation: it has a solar panel system for water heating (both in the room toilets and in the pool), as well as photovoltaic systems for the power supply. The air-conditioning for both the rooms and the common spaces works on a system that uses groundwater, preserving the environment and our guests' health. Even if with a better efficiency, the usual air conditioning requires a bigger amount of power, and so it wouldn’t be coherent with our environmental choices. Cooling through a heat pump gets the same result despite taking longer, but it respects the environment and doesn't change the air quality, avoiding problems to your airways.

Last, in 2016 the e-car and e-bike charging pump was installed.
